Hope Ignites Phoenix is seeking a relationship-driven Director of Philanthropy who brings both strategic vision and personal engagement to fundraising. This role is designed for a development professional who can shape and lead a strong philanthropic strategy while also actively building, stewarding, and soliciting donor relationships. Working closely with the Executive Director, Board, and other team members, the Director of Philanthropy leads the growth of individual giving, major gifts, and signature events. This role supervises core development functions and is supported by a grant writer and administrative/event support, allowing a strong focus on high-impact donor relationships and revenue growth.
